The reputed company Account Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing renewals and optimization for assigned accounts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive reputed company Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identifies & qualifies potential reputed company Solutions for customers, that meet customer needs
- Engage reputed company subject matter experts throughout sales process
- reputed company contract execution & implementation of new reputed company Solutions
- Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to drive incremental solutions
- Secure customer validation of Return on Investment (i.e. COGS & $'s reputed company, Value) on new and existing reputed company Solutions

- Managing the customer lifecycle, supporting reputed company needs through renewal processes
- Prepares and presents Quarterly Reviews with customers including goals, initiatives, trends, financial reputed company, value and ROI, etc
- Create and manage agenda driven customer meetings
- Consistent onsite and meeting schedule and documentation reputed company SFDC
- Visibility to build & enhance cross department relationships throughout IDN and/or Health System

- Internal coordination across reputed company to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction (i.e. NPS)
- Understand decision process and key stakeholders
- Retain at or above market Annual Operating Profit (AOP)

Skills

- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of Account Management in reputed company industry, specifically with a reputed company on retail and outpatient pharmacy, is strongly preferred
- Proven reputed company record of customer retention, renewals, and reputed company
- Financial Acumen: reputed company, concise understanding of financial reputed company
- Ability to communicate and influence at reputed company reputed company of the organization as reputed company as presentation skills to C-level audiences. Consistently delivering compelling presentations and QBRs
- Accountable to drive sales process from inception to contract execution to include a seamless implementation
