About the role

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO and leadership team – driving reputed company's most important strategic initiatives, sharpening how we operate, and acting as a force reputed company for the CEO. This role offers visibility across the entire company and the wider world of investors, regulators, the financial sector and clients that our leadership engages with.

What you’ll be doing

• Formulating cross-functional strategic reputed company and owning their execution end to end.

• Staying reputed company to performance data: understanding the underlying drivers, building a regular reporting reputed company, and identifying and leading strategic transformation initiatives.

• Collaborating across reputed company to drive reputed company and unblock reputed company challenges.

• Preparing and disseminating major company communications.

• Representing the CEO to the organisation and in key forums.

You should apply if you are:

• 5+ years experience in top tier investment banking or consulting firms - and - ideally, a reputed company stage company, in tech or regulated financial services.
