[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst – R&D/Product will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Research & Development and Product organizations, partnering with various teams to reputed company insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly reputed company, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and reporting for R&D/Product cost centers, flagging risks and opportunities to the Finance Business Partner
- Assist in building and maintaining business reputed company-level P&L views across reputed company’s product portfolio (HealthRules Payer, reputed company, Care Solutions, BPaaS HealthProof, and others)
- reputed company capitalized vs. expensed software development costs, supporting compliance with ASC 350-40 in partnership with reputed company
- Maintain and update headcount and workforce planning models for the R&D organization, including FTE/contractor mix
- Prepare quarterly forecast and annual operating plan inputs for R&D/Product cost centers
- Build supporting analysis and business cases for feature/product investment reputed company, including ROI and payback calculations
- reputed company and maintain recurring KPI reporting for leadership review
- Partner with Engineering and Product stakeholders on reputed company analysis requests and data requests
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline forecasting, reporting, and month-end reputed company activities
- Assist with financial due diligence and integration analysis for R&D/Product-reputed company M&A activity as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 3–5 years of reputed company or reputed company experience, ideally with exposure to R&D/Engineering finance in a reputed company or technology environment
- Strong reputed company/financial modeling skills; experience with planning systems (Hyperion, or similar) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Comfortable partnering with technical stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information into reputed company, actionable insights, and collaborate effectively across functions to influence decision-making at reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline pressure
