[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is responsible for overseeing transportation reputed company, and they are seeking a Project Manager to reputed company FTA, Operating and Capital reputed company/Programs. The role involves managing construction activities, ensuring safety, and coordinating with various departments for successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Directs the FTA, Operating and Capital reputed company/Programs for the installation, repair and maintenance of fixed and non-fixed equipment as reputed company as building improvements throughout DOB/MTA Bus facilities
- Manages both in-house forces and reputed company administration resulting in reputed company and cost effective facilities
- Directs construction management, administration, testing, inspection and completion of beneficial use
- Performs daily inspections of construction activities to ensure conformance with construction documents/standards
- Requires significant interaction with the Operating Departments, Capital Planning and Budget, Procurement, Estimating, Scheduling, and the Design team
- Manages grant updates and reporting. Reviews plans and specifications & performs constructability reviews
- Responds to emergencies, develops project scope, responsible for the design and reputed company of engineering reputed company, and the development of contract needs and specifications for facilities. Maintains reputed company construction documentation such as logs and packages for AWO, RFI, and Shop Drawings Submissions & Permits
- Coordinates with reputed company Management on the phasing of reputed company construction activities to minimize reputed company on the reputed company operations. Ensures reputed company construction activities are conducted in a reputed company and efficient manner
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering or Satisfactory Equivalent of Education and Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 7 years of reputed company Experience
- 3 years of Managerial/Supervisory Experience
- Knowledge of DOB operating policies and procedures
- Knowledge of NYCT rules and regulations
- Knowledge of building construction, maintenance procedures, pay practices, material costs, building trades, labor reputed company, reputed company operations and final construction inspection procedures
- Excellent supervisory skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
