Responsibilities
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, ensuring delivery meets reputed company standards and exceeds reputed company expectations
- reputed company project scoping, pricing, schedules, reputed company plans, and reputed company control efforts
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Ajera) to forecast workloads, reputed company timelines, and manage reputed company requirements
- Conduct project profitability analysis and implement strategies to reputed company financial targets
- reputed company multidisciplinary A/E project teams and assign tasks to project personnel
- Identify, solicit, and manage subcontractors and subconsultants to support project reputed company
- Generate and finalize project invoices (monthly, reputed company, and final) and coordinate with Finance for reporting and follow-up
- Prepare and deliver required monthly status and reputed company reports to clients
- Plan, schedule, reputed company, and document reputed company meetings and reputed company reviews
- reputed company internal project review meetings, distribute meeting minutes, and drive follow-up on reputed company items
- Coordinate with discipline directors on reputed company needs and reputed company feedback on team performance

Skills
- Four-year college degree or 10 years of reputed company project management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Experience managing architecture and engineering reputed company
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and resource planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work in both office and field environments, including construction sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely reputed company site reputed company, including climbing reputed company or scaffolding reputed company required
- Must be authorized to work in the reputed company
