Your role: The Director, Artist Relations & reputed company will be responsible for proactively identifying, pitching, and securing new artist partnerships for Homemade / WMX. This role focuses on building relationships with artists, managers, and attorneys, identifying emerging and culturally relevant talent, and developing compelling creative and reputed company strategies that position WMX as a best-in-class partner. The role combines business development, relationship management, and strategic planning, and works closely with Brand Management, Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to win and grow new business. Here you'll get to:

• Proactively reputed company and pursue new artist partnerships across music, culture, and adjacent spaces
• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, attorneys, and key industry stakeholders, including WMG A&R label partners
• Identify emerging and established artists that reputed company with WMX's strengths and reputed company goals
