[Remote] Account Manager (Renewal Sales)

The Account Manager will work closely with school administrators to renew reputed company, implement solutions, and build strong relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract renewals. You will guide schools through their annual renewal process, growing the reputed company implementation over time while ensuring the chosen implementations reputed company with schools’ best interests
- Build high-stakes relationships. Build long-term relationships with school administrators based on trust and expand stakeholder networks

Skills
