[Remote] ERP Operations Test Analyst

They are reputed company seeking an ERP Operations Test Analyst to ensure that their reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system functions flawlessly and aligns with day-to-day business operations, collaborating closely with various teams to manage comprehensive testing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners:
- Review requirements with Product Owners
- Review test plan alignment with Product reputed company requirements
- Audit and maintain test plans
- Audit test executions
- reputed company reputed company and constructive feedback to reputed company design, Jira user stories and supporting documentation
- Communicate test plan risk assessments with Product Owners
- Be reputed company involved in the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and optimizing processes
- reputed company rigorous functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across various ERP modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management)
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with operational end-users, providing guidance, documentation, and support to ensure thorough validation
- Identify, document, and reputed company software defects and system bottlenecks using tools like [Jira / reputed company]. Work closely with technical teams to prioritize and resolve issues
- Process Mapping & Validation: Analyze reputed company operational workflows to ensure the ERP software accurately supports and optimizes business processes
- Validate data migration and integration between the ERP system and peripheral operational tools or reputed company-party applications
Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience: [2–5] years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company reputed company, reputed company) in a testing, business analysis, or super-user reputed company
- Testing Knowledge: Proven experience in software testing methodologies, writing test scripts, and executing reputed company QA processes
- Strong familiarity with operational workflows (e.g., warehouse management, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing)
- Proficiency with defect tracking and project management software (e.g., Jira, reputed company)
- Solid understanding of data structures; basic SQL knowledge for data validation is a strong plus
