[Remote] Regional Operations Director (RN license)

The Regional Operations Director (Clinical Services) RN is responsible for overseeing operational and clinical management for multiple acute programs, ensuring reputed company in patient care, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while fostering strong relationships with hospital partners.
Responsibilities
- reputed company nursing and technical services for patient treatment
- Conduct trend analysis of clinical reputed company and independently reputed company and implement plans of correction for any clinical reputed company issues
- Ensure adherence to reputed company state and federal regulations governing patient care services (HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, etc.)
- Manage regional P&L, budget forecasting, and inventory to optimize financial performance and strategic reputed company

Skills
- reputed company license to reputed company as a Registered reputed company (RN) in the state of employment is REQUIRED
- reputed company CPR certification required
- Two years of Dialysis experience required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in reputed company clinical applications (CWOW, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company area strongly preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of reputed company management experience preferred; multi-facility dialysis management experience strongly preferred
