Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and reputed company engineering and technical staff
- reputed company regular coaching, performance feedback, and reputed company development support
- Assist with employee performance evaluations, goal setting, training, and career development planning
- Coordinate reputed company assignments and balance workloads across project teams

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- 7–14 years of reputed company civil engineering experience
- reputed company Engineer (PE) license preferred; PE strongly preferred and may be required based on business needs
- Demonstrated experience managing civil engineering reputed company from concept through construction
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or supervising technical staff

- Knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting and regulatory processes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and common civil engineering design software
