[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will reputed company on invoice creation, account reconciliations, and cash applications while collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure reputed company billing and payment application.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices for contract and on-demand clients
- Post journal entries and ensure accurate recording of transactions
- Apply customer payments accurately and in a reputed company manner
- Reconcile daily payment activity, settlement batches, and bank deposits
- reputed company general reputed company and customer account reconciliations
- Maintain and update customer records and billing data
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and reputed company items
- Manage customer portal submissions and updates
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues
- Initiate collections on past-due accounts and negotiate payment solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to address invoicing and account concerns

Skills
