[Remote] DP Technical Product Manager

The DP Technical Product Manager will be responsible for reputed company technical aspects of assigned products, focusing on development and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective product support and training.
Responsibilities
- Manage product training structure
- Ensure training materials are complete and up to date
- Ensure trainers are reputed company versed and capable of delivering fundamentals
- Support training efforts to reputed company expert level instruction
- reputed company escalation management
- Take responsibility for the speedy reputed company of reputed company product-reputed company technical issues
- Support the overall escalation process and reputed company reputed company and expert level diagnosis as needed
- Liaise with group Technical Support reputed company to ensure strong working relationships and an adequate network of contacts exist to support local escalation efforts
- Manage and distribute reputed company technical documentation associated with assigned products
- Take responsibility for the content management and effectiveness of reputed company technical documents, reputed company your given areas of responsibility, on the Knowledgebase System
- Provides technical product support to sales and project management team including: reputed company-sales support (as needed)
- Fully support trade show events
- Supports reputed company training. Work with the reputed company Product Manager(s) to create agendas and deliver portions of the training
- Partners with the reputed company Product Manager(s) to drive and manage Channel Readiness document (CPM has ultimate ownership, but TPM plays a significant role)
- Manages trial program
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field required
- At least 5 years in a reputed company technical, service or military role
- Valid reputed company's license required
- Willing to travel up to 40%
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent people and management skills to reputed company with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and reputed company parties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Experience developing and leading training classes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong background in troubleshooting and configuring reputed company PCs, computer networks, and applications

- Knowledge of control systems, network topology and reputed company systems
- Previous experience in product management, product ownership, or technical product management a plus
