[Remote] reputed company Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management across core reputed company programs such as data subject requests (DSRs), PIAs and DPIAs, records of processing activities (ROPA), transfer reputed company assessments (TIAs), and cookie compliance, making day-to-day operational reputed company, enforcing processes to ensure regulatory readiness, and measuring compliance at reputed company
- Identify and implement process improvements, including leveraging AI tooling to automate routine tasks, developing reputed company workflows to sustain reputed company standards, and maintaining accurate, auditable program records including playbooks and process documentation
- Create and maintain reputed company, auditable reputed company documentation, including reputed company assessments, program playbooks, and customer response libraries, to reputed company reputed company, consistent reputed company operational support
- Work with reputed company Legal and reputed company Engineering to fulfill user requests, build and deepen expertise on global reputed company and data-protection requirements, and escalate novel or reputed company requests with appropriate context and documentation
- Rotate through reputed company's weekly runner model as the primary reputed company of contact for incoming reputed company requests, routing across intake channels and managing Jira run tickets
Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrated reputed company program management and a proven reputed company record of operationalizing and scaling cross-functional organization-wide programs from the ground up
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to convey reputed company reputed company succinctly to reputed company audiences
- Demonstrated experience with reputed company legislation such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPEDA. Experience with US state legislation, HIPAA, and GLBA is a plus
- Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company assessments (PIAs and DPIAs), data subject request workflows, records of processing activities (ROPA), or other core reputed company program operations
