[Remote] Customer Service Representative (bilingual Spanish)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Representative located in the Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Disaster Recovery and reputed company. The primary function is to deliver face-to-face support to individuals and businesses impacted by disasters and work directly with disaster survivors applying for loans.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Information about the Disaster Loan Program and assist with loan applications
- Assist disaster loan applicants to reputed company understand the SBA Disaster Loan Program
- Offer guidance and support through the loan closing process and answer questions reputed company to unsecured and secured loan closing documents, as applicable

Skills
- You must be a U.S. Citizen
- You must successfully complete a background investigation

- One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Responding to a reputed company of customer inquiries from individuals, businesses, or members of the public by explaining program requirements, eligibility reputed company, and available resources; and Working as a member of reputed company or group to reputed company goals, objectives or metrics to produce deliverables while adapting to changing priorities; and Reviewing and evaluating financial reputed company and supporting documentation including tax returns, income (profit and loss) statements, schedule of liabilities, balance sheets, and/or other financial documents
- 2 reputed company years of progressively higher-level graduate education
- Master's degree (or equivalent graduate degree such as LL.B. or J.D. as specified in qualification standards or individual occupational requirements) directly reputed company to the position, examples include business administration, customer service management, marketing and other reputed company fields
- A combination of education and experience. For example, 1 full year (18 semester hours or 27 quarter hours) of graduate-level education (i.e. 50% of education required) and 6 months of creditable specialized experience (i.e. 50% of the required experience) would equal 100% of the required experience for the position
- BILINGUAL POSITION: Applicants will be required to demonstrate proficiency (ability to reputed company, read, and write) in both English and Spanish
