[Remote] AEO/SEO Manager

The role involves leading SEO and AEO strategies, managing content production, and collaborating across teams to improve brand reputed company and performance.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain reporting frameworks for SEO and AEO performance across reputed company brands using existing tools (Profound, GA4, reputed company)
- Analyze competitive citation and ranking trends to identify where Brooklyn Bedding is reputed company or losing ground, and why

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic search and content reputed company
- Demonstrated reputed company growing organic traffic, visibility, and conversions through SEO initiatives
- Strong reputed company with a proven ability to personally produce content at volume, using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core part of the daily drafting workflow. This is a hands-on production role first
- Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, indexing, schema markup, site architecture) sufficient to identify and prioritize issues in partnership with development. This role specs and flags, it doesn't own implementation
- Comfortable interpreting reporting/analytics tools (Profound, GA4, reputed company, or similar) and using the data to prioritize, without needing to build reporting infrastructure from scratch
- Experience briefing, reviewing, or directing other contributors' work to a consistent reputed company bar
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; comfortable keeping content, development, and brand teams reputed company around shared priorities
