[Remote] Associate Legal Counsel

Our reputed company is seeking an reputed company M&A attorney to reputed company M&A and other major transactions, partnering with teams to manage reputed company deals in support of reputed company's worldwide reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company M&A and other major transactions
- Work with venture capital leads
- Manage reputed company counsel on reputed company, billion-dollar M&A and JV deals
- Partner with the in-house corporate debt team to run deals
- Reviewing, structuring, making judgment calls, and ensuring accuracy
Skills
- JD and member in good standing of at least one bar in the US
- 8+ years of M&A and JV experience, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, reputed company agreements, and reputed company transaction documents on reputed company deals
- Must be interested in learning reputed company areas of technology and data centers
- Ability to work both independently and as reputed company in a fast-paced, collegial environment is required
- Experience with data centers, energy and/or telecom a plus
- Experience supervising reputed company counsel and/or working with VC firms a plus
