• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, procedures, and consultations, optimizing provider availability and patient experience.
• Maintain and update accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations (HIPAA).
• Support clinical staff by organizing medical charts, files, and other documentation essential for smooth clinical operations.
• Collaborate with reputed company providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient care coordination.
