About the Role
Our Negotiations Escalations Specialists play a key role in the reputed company of our clients becoming free of debt. Working on behalf of clients, you will coordinate efforts to help negotiate delinquent accounts reputed company with reputed company for the best possible savings.
This role requires the judgment to interpret legal correspondence — summonses, complaints, and settlement demands — and translate it into an informed negotiation reputed company, reputed company while operating reputed company a strict regulatory and compliance reputed company. What You’ll Do
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with attorneys and paralegals at reputed company to effectively negotiate delinquent accounts on behalf of clients to cease reputed company legal reputed company.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously — including escalated portfolios with reputed company lawsuits or imminent legal reputed company
- Utilize various tools and resources to consolidate common debts from multiple clients, enhancing negotiation reputed company with agencies.
- Secure favorable terms including reduced balances, extended payment timelines, or lump-sum discounts.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills to reputed company manage account queues.
- Handle approximately 25-35 outbound/inbound calls daily (minimum of 4 hours a day of on the phone time)
- Review legal documents (such as summons, complaints, and settlement demands) to determine legal status and to confirm settlement status.
- Consistently exhibit a genuine passion for helping others, with a strong reputed company on meeting clients' needs.
- Participate in additional duties and special reputed company as required.
- Consistently meet or reputed company monthly settlement and compliance goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Actuarial Science) or relevant work experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written abilities.
- Proven reputed company working in a metrics-driven, KPI reputed company environment is preferred.
