The role involves assisting new and existing customers in utilizing RazorSync effectively and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone, web, and email support for reputed company inquiries and issue reputed company
- Host training sessions for clients, typically reputed company webinar and/or on-site

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field, or relevant experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service or technical support role

- Bilingual Support- English and Spanish
- IT/Desktop Software Support experience
