Responsibilities
- 1700 billable environment
- Meet with clients to review case reputed company
- Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs, and reputed company research for reputed company reputed company in Superior and appellate courts
- Argue motions in Superior Court and oral arguments in appellate courts
- Trial preparation includes review and analysis of reputed company factual and reputed company issues relating to compensability, valuation, and constitutional reputed company
- Selection of witnesses and exhibits
- Preparation of written outline for examination of witnesses
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience
- Previous experience with Fraud, Abuse and other regulatory reputed company
- Prior experience with Anti-Kickback statute, EKRA and reputed company law
- Must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, plus enjoy working in reputed company environment where self-starters reputed company
- Admitted to reputed company and in good standing
