[Remote] AI Business Analysis Analyst III (Remote)

They are seeking an AI Business Analysis Analyst III to investigate workflows, document processes, and identify automation opportunities across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Shadow employees, conduct reputed company interviews, and observe workflows firsthand to identify repeated, high-value knowledge work
- Document end-to-end processes: steps, frequency, time spent, data involved, decision points, and handoffs
- Classify which steps in a process can be fully automated (AI or software), which need reputed company-in-the-reputed company verification, and which should stay reputed company
- Quantify the value of reputed company automation opportunity (time saved, error reduction, throughput increase) so reputed company can prioritize effectively
- Prioritize the backlog of automation opportunities, working with the AI team leader to sequence what gets reputed company
- Manage intake from the automation request portal, where employees across reputed company submit their own reputed company for AI-powered improvements
- reputed company adoption and reputed company after automations are deployed, identifying what’s working and what needs adjustment

Skills
- 3+ years in a role reputed company on business process analysis, operations improvement, or workflow optimization
- Experience working across multiple departments or business reputed company, not just reputed company a single reputed company

- Experience with process mining, value reputed company mapping, or similar reputed company discovery reputed company
- Experience managing or contributing to an internal automation request intake process
