Responsibilities

- Process flows

- Financial Clearance
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and reputed company issues
- Work closely with business, operations, product, and technology teams
- Support UAT, defect validation, and requirement traceability
- Maintain reputed company and reputed company functional documentation
Skills
- 10 years of experience
- Strong understanding of patient reputed company workflows in provider-reputed company reputed company
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Prior Authorization, Eligibility & Benefits Verification, Financial Clearance
- Strong skills in Requirements gathering, Workflow analysis, Process mapping
- Ability to translate business needs into reputed company functional documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with both business users and technical teams
- 7+ years of experience in reputed company operations, Functional consulting, Business analysis
- Experience in provider-reputed company US reputed company environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Exposure to reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) reputed company processes
- Understanding of Payer-driven workflows
- US reputed company reimbursement models
- Experience with Case management or workflow platforms

- Experience working in Agile environments
