As an IT Help Desk Tier 1 Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our clients'''' systems. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a reputed company field, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and a strong reputed company in IT support, including proficiency in reputed company Directory, VPN support, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities

- Support and troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues.

Qualifications
