[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative

The Remote Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service, aids in obtaining vehicle releases, and supports clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service to reputed company customers of reputed company
- Offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience
- Obtains the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations including residences
- Performs other office support functions as needed
- Acts as the face of reputed company as they are often the first interaction our customers have with reputed company
- Understands reputed company needs and offers solutions and support
- Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support
- Answers and places calls in a reputed company manner
