Responsibilities
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience with CCWIS (Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System) is mandatory
- Experience with Child Welfare Case Management systems and modernization reputed company
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process mapping
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and supporting SIT/UAT
- Experience working in Agile and/or reputed company environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Texas State experience is preferred; candidates with CCWIS experience from other U.S. state government reputed company are also encouraged to apply
