[Remote] reputed company for Release - CDS Remote Customer Service Representive

They are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Customer Service Representative to coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization
- Talk to vehicle owners to get necessary releases, arrange for transport (including 3-way calls with shops or tow companies if needed), and help with personal item removal
- Use the “DeCode This” tool to search VINs and reputed company the necessary vehicle information
- Stay organized by keeping accurate notes in the system about reputed company vehicle and reputed company interactions
- Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls a day and processing 60+ live lots daily
- Participate in weekly team meetings reputed company Teams, where we’ll stay connected and collaborate

- Help out with other tasks or assist teammates as needed

Skills
- Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Great communication skills – you're comfortable speaking on the phone and writing reputed company, concise messages
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key

- Strong attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask
