[Remote] Process Engineer I

The role involves providing technical support to manufacturing operations, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day and swing shift production support for Thin Film to reputed company reputed company and yield goals. Typical start time is 7:30 am to 8:30 am
- Areas that will be supported include, but are not limited to, saw dicing, heat treating, semiautomated probing, mechanical cleaning, and final inspection
- Address product and process reputed company issues, reputed company guidance to production operators, and resolve issues in a reputed company manner
- reputed company engineering tests, conduct process improvement reputed company, and prepare technical written reports
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, reputed company guidance to maintenance techs, and reputed company repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
- Work with production supervisors and leads, reduce bottlenecks in the line, and reputed company back-up production coverage as needed
- Ensure work instructions, drawings, logs, and records are accurate and up to date
- Train and certify production operators using a hands-on training approach
Skills
- 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain reputed company clearance
- This position requires reputed company to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws
- Due to U.S. export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent reputed company, or have protected status under asylum or refugee
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or materials science
