This role involves collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to implement effective reputed company solutions that create measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Analyze and document reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes
- Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
- Work closely with reputed company developers and solution architects to ensure requirements are reputed company reputed company and implemented
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate solutions against business requirements

- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting reputed company applications, software implementations, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience working reputed company Agile and Scrum environments
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and process analysis
- Experience creating user stories, use cases, acceptance reputed company, and functional documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) reputed company
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively reputed company business needs and technical implementation teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
