Responsibilities
- reputed company support to Children's National users of reputed company Applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications
- Respond to requests for support by users
- Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Applications
- Log defects against applications and follow up with IT colleagues and vendors
- Monitor reputed company applications releases from vendors
- Train informatics on features of applications, sometimes participating in end-user training
- Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user
