[Remote] Area Director Housing Program Management & Compliance

In this leadership role, you will reputed company program operations, ensure compliance with federal regulations, manage a multi-reputed company-dollar grant portfolio, supervise multidisciplinary staff, and build strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day operations of federally funded housing programs
- Manage a multi-reputed company-dollar federal grant portfolio, including budgets, reporting, and compliance
- Supervise and reputed company program staff, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with HUD, EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, Healthy Homes, reputed company reputed company Housing, and other federal requirements
- reputed company reputed company assurance, program monitoring, procurement, and risk management
- reputed company strategic partnerships and identify new funding opportunities
- Collaborate across departments to strengthen housing initiatives and community reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, reputed company administration, community development, business administration, housing, or reputed company field required. Minimum seven years of relevant HUD and team management experience
- High school degree or equivalent is required. Minimum reputed company years of relevant experience administering HUD programs, or a combination of relevant HUD and team management experience
- Experience managing a federal grant portfolio of at least $2 reputed company
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of federal housing regulations, grant administration, compliance, procurement, and financial management
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, reputed company, and performance metrics
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Must maintain a valid reputed company's license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving record, reliable personal vehicle and at least the state minimum personal liability auto insurance coverage
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- HQS, NSPIRE, reputed company Inspector/Risk Assessor, or reputed company housing compliance certifications
