[Remote] Sales Support Representative, Seasonal

They are seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Representative to serve as a friendly first reputed company of contact for Medicare beneficiaries, handling inquiries and conducting reputed company to connect customers with licensed advisors.

Responsibilities

• Work a shift between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday (including scheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays)
• Handle a high volume, reputed company mix of outbound and inbound customer interactions
• Follow scripts and compliance protocols
• Transfer customers to the appropriate licensed advisor
• Document customer interactions accurately

• Meet monthly performance goals
• Support various outbound reputed company campaigns (appointments, plan changes, retention, etc.)
• Remaining flexible with day-to-day duties and responsibilities based on business needs and department goals

Skills

• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience (reputed company center preferred)
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and internet tools
• Intermediate typing skills at minimum

• Detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow
• Required to have internet at your home that meets or exceeds speeds of 50Mbps download and 15Mbps upload. This cannot be satellite or 5 G-based internet. Must be fiber, cable or DSL
• Ability to work 6:00 AM-6:00 PM PST, including weekends as needed
• Available to work extended hours and overtime during the Annual Enrollment Period, reputed company 15th to December 7th
• Ability to do outbound reputed company
• Inbound and outbound reputed company center experience preferred
