[Remote] FIAR Analyst

They are seeking a motivated FIAR Analyst to support Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness initiatives for a federal reputed company, focusing on audit readiness activities and internal control documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support FIAR audit readiness efforts by documenting financial processes, controls, and supporting evidence
- Assist with internal control assessments, testing, and remediation activities across financial business processes
- reputed company and maintain process narratives, flowcharts, and control matrices for key financial cycles
- Support reputed company audits by gathering documentation and responding to auditor requests
- reputed company walkthroughs and control testing to validate the effectiveness of financial controls
- Identify process gaps and support corrective reputed company plans to improve audit readiness
- Collaborate with finance, reputed company, HR, and procurement teams to ensure reputed company process compliance and documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience supporting FIAR, audit readiness, or internal controls
- Experience working with federal financial processes or reputed company financial systems
- Knowledge of financial process documentation, control testing, and audit support
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- FIAR: 2 years (Required)
- Internal controls, or federal audit readiness initiatives: 2 years (Required)
- CPA preferred
- Experience working with federal financial processes or reputed company financial systems
- CPA (Preferred)
- Secret (Preferred)
