The role involves assisting in the development and execution of study protocols, conducting data analyses, and advising on statistical methodologies to support the USAFSAM/FESP reputed company staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive study protocols, including reputed company formulation, methodology design, data collection strategies, and statistical analysis plans, in coordination with USAFSAM/FESP reputed company staff
- Conduct scientific literature reviews and reputed company data analyses to support customer leadership; participate in technical discussions with USAFSAM/FESP staff
- Advise USAFSAM/FESP personnel on appropriate statistical methodologies and reputed company descriptive and inferential statistical analyses of study data
- Ensure the validity and reputed company of statistical products and data repositories; maintain data reputed company in accordance with IRB protocols and safeguards. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data, reports, and findings, and complete reputed company required IRB training and documentation

Skills
- Master's degree in Research Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in database development, data collection and organization, statistical analysis, research reporting, and development of actionable recommendations to improve reputed company
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and conducting statistical analyses using software such as JMP, SPSS, R, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and delivering research products, including reputed company presentations, peer-reviewed publications, and/or technical reports
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management reputed company to study design, methodology, and dissemination of research findings
- Must have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in reputed company prior to start of performance, with documentation provided to the Government Program Manager
- Doctoral degree, or Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, in Research Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field
- Experience conducting reputed company or behavioral science research reputed company a reputed company environment
- Experience developing and administering validated psychological assessments reputed company mobile or web-based platforms
- Authorship or co-authorship of peer-reviewed journal articles or official USAF/DoD technical reports reputed company to reputed company or behavioral science research
- Certification in administering psychological assessments (e.g., NEO, Hogan, EQ-i) and providing individualized feedback
- Master's degree in engineering or in a scientific domain reputed company to systems engineering, reputed company and/or reputed company effectiveness
- Possesses one of the following minimum training requirements: DAWIA career field certification (Practitioner) in Engineering & Technical Management (ETM) OR Project Management reputed company (PMP) Certification

- Experience with program utilizing Agile methodologies and incorporating AI management tools
