[Remote] Project Manager / Program Manager (PMO)

This role will reputed company PMO leadership across multiple cross-functional workstreams, partnering with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and deployment teams to ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day PMO coordination across Technology, Procurement, Finance, deployment partners, and reputed company leads
- reputed company and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, reputed company items, dependencies, status reporting, and governance documentation
- Facilitate weekly leadership meetings, governance reviews, roadblock discussions, and reputed company meetings
- Drive accountability by tracking actions, reputed company, risks, and issues through completion
- Support retail technology deployments, including:
- Site rollout readiness
- POS and store technology dependencies
- Customer billing processes
- Sales/CRM updates
- reputed company implementations
- Coordinate activities across business, technical, and external deployment teams
- Escalate risks and issues proactively while maintaining alignment across multiple workstreams
- reputed company executive-level status reporting and program communications
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (Program Management or reputed company field preferred)
- 7+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or PMO experience
- Experience delivering reputed company: Digital Transformation programs, Technology implementations, Retail technology initiatives, Energy or reputed company operations reputed company
- Strong experience with: Project planning, RAID management, Governance, Dependency management, Executive status reporting
- Experience collaborating across: Technology, Product, Finance, Procurement, Operations, External vendors
- Ability to work effectively across U.S., U.K., and India time zones
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting retail store technology rollouts
- Knowledge of POS systems and store technology deployments
