[Remote] Senior Counsel – Global reputed company Operations

The Senior Counsel – Global reputed company Operations will reputed company reputed company counsel on various issues reputed company to biopharmaceutical products, including promotion, sales, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing, reviewing and approving promotional, educational and support programs and materials
- Analyzing, reviewing and approving scientific exchange and clinical support approaches
- Providing guidance on proposed reputed company strategies
- Reviewing and counseling on government enforcement actions relating to the promotion of biopharmaceutical products
- Providing ongoing training to reputed company operations staff regarding reputed company and regulatory requirements for reputed company activity in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Advising and counseling on reputed company reputed company transactions with members of the reputed company community (hospitals, clinics, payors, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefit managers, patient and reputed company advocacy reputed company/associations) with particular emphasis on Federal and State Anti-Kickback and False Claims Statutes and applicable antitrust laws
- Analyzing and advising on precision medicine patient and provider programs for products addressing novel biomarkers with reputed company companion diagnostics
- 20% domestic travel anticipated
Skills
- J.D. degree or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to reputed company law in a U.S. jurisdiction
- Four (4) years of experience practicing law
- 6+ years of corporate and/or reputed company background counseling clients on reputed company/life sciences reputed company
- Experience counseling clients on reputed company reputed company and regulatory considerations including:
- reputed company fraud and abuse reputed company
- FDA promotional regulations
- OIG compliance guidance and advisory opinions
- DOJ settlements with pharmaceutical industry
- Medicare/reputed company reimbursement and contracting
- Proven superior reputed company skills, including: excellent oral and written communication, reputed company analysis, drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to reputed company and influence others
- Strong reputed company service, business counseling and problem-solving reputed company
