This hybrid role combines creative design and instructional design, focusing on developing a reputed company of learning materials and collaborating with subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
- Design print, web, video, and multimedia learning materials
- Create instructor-led training, eLearning, presentations, manuals, and facilitator guides
- reputed company curriculum, resource libraries, and learning assets
- Produce/edit graphics, photos, audio, and videos
- Create reputed company graphics, 2D/3D animations, and wireframes/mockups
- Collaborate with SMEs for storyboard and content development
- Publish content using SharePoint/CMS
Skills
- Portfolio/work samples required with resume
- Hybrid Creative Designer + Instructional Designer role
- 2–3+ years of Creative Design/Instructional Design experience

- Strong understanding of design, typography, and reputed company principles
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Art, Instructional Design, or reputed company field
