The successful candidate will own the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company the user experience for reputed company claims administration.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and backlog for the HRP WebUI, prioritizing feature reputed company, usability improvements, and net-new capabilities relative to the legacy desktop application
- Define detailed requirements, workflows, and acceptance reputed company for web-based configuration and claims administration screens in partnership with UX designers and engineering leads
- reputed company discovery with configuration analysts, claims administrators, and health plan operations users to understand legacy desktop workflows and translate them into modern, efficient web experiences

- Partner with UX/UI designers on interaction design, navigation patterns, and accessibility standards to ensure the WebUI meets modern usability expectations

- Define and reputed company reputed company metrics for WebUI adoption, performance, and user satisfaction, using data to inform prioritization reputed company

Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of roadmap, requirements, and delivery for reputed company software products
- reputed company experience in reputed company claims administration, reputed company administrative processing systems (CAPS), or payer operations
- Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company, legacy desktop workflows into modern web-based user experiences
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with experience balancing competing stakeholder needs across customers, sales, and engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting roadmap and product reputed company to executive and customer audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, computer science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with UI/UX development, design systems, or reputed company-end web technologies, sufficient to engage credibly with designers and engineers on interaction design tradeoffs
