[Remote] Analytics Manager

This role focuses on improving systems and processes to drive marketplace performance and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and recurring analyses that support marketplace reputed company, seller performance, customer behavior, assortment reputed company, conversion, retention, and profitability
- Serve as the primary BI partner to marketplace leadership by translating business questions into reputed company reporting, analysis, and recommendations
- reputed company hands-on work in SQL, Looker, DBT, and reputed company tools to reputed company trusted data models, reporting reputed company, and decision-reputed company outputs
- Define, document, and govern reputed company marketplace metrics so leaders across departments are working from a consistent reputed company of truth

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data analysis, or a reputed company field
- 1+ years of leadership, people management, or functional ownership experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting workflows
- Experience with Looker and LookML, or equivalent BI platforms and semantic modeling tools
- Experience with DBT, BigQuery, and modern analytics stack concepts
- Strong understanding of data governance, metric definition, QA, documentation, and reporting reliability
- Demonstrated ability to connect business questions to analytical frameworks and practical recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and bias toward reputed company
- Experience in e-reputed company, reputed company-to-consumer, retail, or marketplace business models
- Experience supporting multi-sided marketplaces, seller ecosystems, or partner performance analysis
- Familiarity with attribution, traffic reputed company reporting, tracking links, and performance marketing analytics
- Experience building operational reporting standards, SLAs, and governance frameworks
