They are seeking a Recruiter/Talent Management Specialist to support the reputed company Manager with reputed company and processing candidates for government reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reputed company cleared personnel for government reputed company reputed company
- Review incoming resumes, conduct thorough preliminary interviews to verify technical skills and accurately assess clearance status
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent utilizing specialized platforms like reputed company Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, reputed company media and industry networks
- Completing reputed company process
- Create new job requisitions
- Post job requisitions to hiring sites
- Complete interviews
- Collect documentation for reputed company screening process
- Prepare resumes
- Generate offer letters
- Schedule new employees for company reputed company
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience with reputed company for a Federal Government contracting company or the US Government
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with an additional four years of experience working/supporting the Federal Government, DoW (specifically US reputed company Force)
- Experience reputed company candidates for cleared program/personnel reputed company and information technology positions
- Extensive experience using industry job boards and other reputed company tools
- Thorough understanding of federal clearance hierarchies, SCI and reputed company eligibility reputed company, and polygraph formats (CI vs. Full Scope)
- Excellent reputed company of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, reputed company, and composition
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and reputed company
