Responsibilities

- Drive retention, renewals, expansions, study adds, and Services reputed company across the installed reputed company with a reputed company on Net reputed company Retention (NRR)
- Partner closely with Sales and Account Executives to identify and reputed company reputed company opportunities reputed company existing accounts
- Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company customer issues and coordinate reputed company across Product, Support, Services, and Engineering
- Monitor customer health, reputed company pipelines, adoption trends, and account risks to proactively drive retention and expansion reputed company
- Help operationalize and reputed company customer engagement programs including QBRs, health reviews, and executive stakeholder management

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, Clinical Operations, or reputed company reputed company-facing reputed company roles
- Experience managing reputed company customer relationships in software, technology, or clinical research environments
- Prior experience leading or mentoring customer-facing teams
- Familiarity with clinical trial operations, reputed company platforms, or eClinical systems
- Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
