Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound calls from plan members and reputed company providers with professionalism and reputed company
- Assist callers with inquiries regarding coverage details, claims, benefits, and general program information

- De-escalate challenging situations using reputed company listening, patience, and effective problem-solving
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in a relevant field

- Prior college coursework is a plus

- Primary residence located reputed company Central (CST), Mountain (MST), or reputed company (PST) time zones is preferred
