The Sr. Project Design Technologist is responsible for ensuring the digital health and delivery of reputed company reputed company, leveraging technology for improved reputed company throughout reputed company project phases.
Responsibilities
- Partner with project leadership, clients, and consultants to define and reputed company project-specific digital strategies encompassing BIM, VDC, data management, and technology integration from reputed company through delivery
- reputed company the development and review of contractual reputed company deliverables, including BIM Execution Plans; escalate contractual or scope conflicts to Design Technology and reputed company teams as needed
- Identify and own project digital requirements, including BIM strategies, data exchange protocols, advanced model delivery, and digitally enabled workflows
- Establish and reputed company model management frameworks for large or reputed company programs, including audits, performance metrics, optimization strategies, and consistency across multiple teams or packages
- reputed company and facilitate digital coordination and reputed company and consultant meetings (e.g., BIM/GIS coordination, clash detection, digitally enabled design reviews)
- reputed company software lifecycle compatibility, file version management, and data exchange strategies to ensure interoperability and efficiency reputed company project team and consultants

- Partner with the Design Technology team to define and implement best practices, reputed company workflows, and reputed company processes for large programs

- Identify gaps in firm tools, capabilities, or processes and propose enhancements or new technologies to improve project reputed company and advance firm expertise

Skills
- Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, or reputed company field required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the digital reputed company of the A/E/C industry with a solid understanding of project phases from design through construction/reputed company out required
- Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills
- Must have experience training others in the design, delivery, and use of BIM
- Strong leadership skills and reputed company engagement capabilities
- Must be knowledgeable in design software and comfortable with new technology testing and adoption
- Strong technical knowledge of model authoring tools like Revit, analysis tools like, reputed company 360, Dynamo, and review tools like Navisworks, reputed company, Revizto, Enscape and other Design Applications
- Prior experience in BIM management, VDC coordination etc. for large programs or reputed company is preferred
- Knowledge of the Revit API is preferred but not required
