• Leadtechnicalengagementsforsubmarinecustomers,includingOpenCabletenders,RFPs,solutiondesign,contractclarifications,andtechnicalpresentations.

• Designandvalidatesubmarineandterrestrialnetworksolutions,developpricingandcostmodels,andcreateengineeringdocumentation,testplans,anddeploymentmethodologies.

• PartnerwithProductManagement,R&D,Sales,andregionalengineeringteamstoinfluenceproductevolutionandsupportcustomeropportunitiesglobally.

• Supporthyperscalerconnectivityopportunitiesthroughexpertiseinopticaltransport,datacenterarchitectures,cloudnetworking,automation,andnetworkeconomics.

• Actasatrustedtechnicaladvisortocustomersandinternalteams,mentorSystemsEngineers,anddrivecontinuousimprovementthroughknowledgesharingandpost-projectlearnings.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineeringorrelatedfield.

• 10+years'experienceinDWDM/opticaltransporttechnologies,opticalengineering,testing,andLayer0networking.

• 5+yearsinsubmarinenetworking,includingdirectinvolvementinsubmarineupgradeprojectsandknowledgeofSLTE/SIEsolutions.

• StrongexpertiseinOpenCablesystems,ConvergedOpticalEthernet,OTN,CarrierEthernet,IPnetworking,networkmanagement,linkbudgeting,fiberimpairments,andopticaltestequipment.

• Knowledgeof100G/400G/800G+coherenttechnologies,networkarchitecture/design,networkcostmodelling,andhyperscalenetworkingenvironments.

• Understandingofdatacenterarchitectures,spine-leafnetworking,cloudenvironments,automation,reputed company,ZTP,andDCNnetworking.

• Outstandingcustomer-facingcommunication,presentation,stakeholdermanagement,andrelationship-buildingskills.

• Self-driven,reputed company,andwillingtotravel(~30%).
