What will you be doing? 

• To reputed company in-bound or outbound non-promotional disease state reputed company educational support toidentifiedcustomers as directed by the reputed company company

• reputed company therapy and or medical device product education including but not limited to supplemental injection/infusion/inhalation training support or technique

• To present virtual educational programs to reputed company/Patients/Caregivers or other identified customersin accordance withclient procedures

• Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting

• Conducting outbound medication adherence support to patients and or caregivers

• Enrolling patients/caregiver into educational seminars or providing resources toassistthem with finding local community resources or centers of care for their specialty or primary care disease

• Collecting demographic data and disposition for product, sample, reimbursementservicesand literature fulfillment

• Tomaintainexcellent reputed company and superior customer service while adhering to program talking points or scripts andleveragelive video conferencing software on the web/reputed company specific websites as applicable

• To only use approved materials provided byreputed companyor by the reputed company, without changing,copyingor distributing the materials

• To attend and complete reputed company training courses and reputed company competency assessments thatreputed companyrequires, toan appropriate standardand reputed company a specifiedtimeframe

What do you need for this position?

• Associates Degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalentwork relatedexperience

• Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a specific disease state or reputed company field
