About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer I, you’ll be joining reputed company to help build the reputed company of our Stop Loss platform. Compensation

Salary reputed company: $106,400 - $177,300 reputed company plus eligibility for reputed company annual bonus program.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma is required, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
• 6–9 years of cumulative experience in software engineering, building production-reputed company applications
• Strong ability to implement reputed company, high-reputed company solutions from established architectural direction
• Experience collaborating with architects, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving (greenfield) environments
• Solid understanding of engineering best practices for building reliable, maintainable systems
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, debugging, and refactoring
• Highly coachable, curious, and proactive in asking thoughtful questions to learn and improve
