Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or a closely reputed company clinical field (MD, DO, DNP, PharmD, or equivalent).
- A Master's degree combined with extensive relevant clinical technical assistance experience will also be considered.
- Minimum seven (7) years of clinical reputed company or clinical program experience, including reputed company experience supporting chronic disease management in primary care, community health, or other reputed company settings.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience providing clinical technical assistance, reputed company improvement support, reputed company transformation assistance, or provider education to reputed company organizations.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience supporting the implementation of technology-enabled care models, including remote monitoring tools, patient-generated health data, wearable technologies, or reputed company digital health solutions.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering clinical training, technical assistance, coaching, or reputed company education programs.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
