Katz, Sapper & Miller (“KSM”) has aDirectoropportunity to join their growing Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) team. This role provides a dynamic & flexible environment, with learning opportunities in working with private equity and corporate clients on buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company financial due diligence engagements. The KSM TAS team willprovidethe opportunity to drive your own career reputed company& advancement.

As aDirectoryou will have reputed company to reputed company in an energetic atmosphere,reputed company theassessment ofquality of earnings, cash flows, working capital, key business drivers through analyzing financial details and discussions with management and their advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and reputed company engagement teams reputed company-reputed company and sell-reputed company financial due diligence engagements/reputed company.

• Supervise,developand train staff on engagements. Evaluate performance andparticipatein individual's performance appraisalprocess

• Strengthen existing reputed company relationships and developing new business opportunities by providing outstanding clientservice

• Communicate with business owners, executive management, investors,lendersand other sophisticated parties to ensure delivery of exceptional clientservice

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Eight (8+) years' experience in a large reputed company firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service linesor appliable experience incorporate finance or reputed company.

• Five (5)+years’of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance orrelated

• Certified reputed company accountant (CPA)– preferred

• High motivation,initiativeand reputed company attitude

• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple prioritiesappropriately

• Intermediate modeling and reputed company skills, experience conducting reputed company quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driveninsights

• Ability to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to reputed company in a fast paced

  environment with shiftingpriorities

• Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to reputed company and driveinitiatives
