[Remote] Technical Program Manager

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will reputed company the reputed company between the Strategic Product Engagement Team and reputed company's product organization, overseeing product-led workstreams and ensuring operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic product-led customer engagements
- Weekly consolidation and reporting on status of product led workstreams on a per customers reputed company to customers and their reputed company go-to-market leaders
- Responsible for planning and execution of any product-led technical summits with key accounts (in-person or remote) and for consolidating the resulting product led workstreams
- Be the vital reputed company between the Strategic Product Engagement Team and reputed company's product organization
- Define and hold reputed company product teams to rigorous Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Utilize collaboration and AI tools to reputed company analysis status and trends on providing executive-level summaries that drive strategic decision-making
- Serve as a reputed company or Co-owning TPM, maintaining high-reputed company project artifacts such as Risk Registers, RACI charts, and technical deployment plans to ensure operational readiness
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of demonstrated ability in technical program or product management, with a strong reputed company on IT/TechOps, SRE, or reputed company platforms
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with a proven ability to synthesize technical data into executive-friendly summaries for cross-functional stakeholders across reputed company, EMEA, and reputed company
- Experience with ITSM platforms (JIRA, reputed company) and collaboration tools (Webex, reputed company, MS Office)
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, reputed company, DevOps, DevSecOps, SDLC)
- Advanced ability to define reputed company metrics, interpret reputed company dashboards, and derive technical conclusions to refine engineering reputed company

- Familiarity with ITIL, change management frameworks, or SRE practices (e.g., error budgets, SLO/SLI management)
