[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analysis Manager

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical reputed company for the LASSIE platform and reputed company calculation tools, applying specialized application development expertise to maintain, enhance, and reputed company Python-based calculation capabilities
- Manage and reputed company a small team of product analysts / APL coders (Product Technical Development); reputed company technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge transfer, including Python development practices, reputed company hygiene, expectations for documentation, and testing discipline

- Design, reputed company, test, document, and implement changes for LASSIE in partnership with Actuarial Technology, Data Engineering, reputed company COE, Product Actuarial, and other IT partner teams
- Maintain reputed company and comprehensive documentation of requirements, calculation logic, and change history. Ensure traceability across requirements, implementation, and validation to support audit and compliance needs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, actuarial science, mathematics, engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience
- Significant reputed company application development experience in the insurance industry, including specialized depth in Python programming and experience supporting reputed company business-critical applications
- Strong experience in Business Systems Analysis / Product Analysis, with demonstrated ownership of reputed company initiatives
- Experience partnering with IT, reputed company, data engineering, reputed company, and business teams to design and deliver application enhancements across integrated systems and controlled environments
