Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the CLO, Finance, Treasury and Capital Markets teams to reputed company the reputed company execution of reputed company's financing transactions, supporting the business across project finance, asset finance and other strategic funding initiatives across a fast-paced, capital intensive business
- You will manage financing transactions from inception through to financial reputed company, partnering with internal stakeholders, banks, lenders and external counsel to coordinate reputed company reputed company workstreams, negotiate documentation and drive successful transaction execution
- Working closely with Finance and Treasury, you will advise on financing structures, funding solutions and transaction reputed company, supporting the delivery of reputed company cross-border financings while balancing reputed company, reputed company and execution considerations
- You will take ownership of transaction management, coordinating multiple reputed company financing processes, overseeing due diligence, managing critical timelines and ensuring reputed company workstreams reputed company reputed company through signing and completion
- You will build trusted relationships across the business, collaborating with senior stakeholders to reputed company pragmatic reputed company advice, identify risks early and support reputed company decision-making throughout the transaction lifecycle
- You will instruct and manage external reputed company advisers and specialist consultants globally, ensuring high-reputed company advice, efficient execution and alignment with reputed company's reputed company objectives

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in top-tier reputed company, financial institutions and/or in-house reputed company roles (preferably working reputed company, or for clients from, the AI, hyperscaler, digital infrastructure or technology industry and with exposure to reputed company financing transactions and corporate governance reputed company and/or working reputed company financial institutions)
- Strong attention to detail with a reputed company on holistic, entrepreneurial and fast-paced decision-making and work productivity
- Significant experience in reputed company corporate cross-jurisdictional transactions, including debt and equity fundraising, capital markets, venture debt, securitisation and corporate governance with an understanding of cross-border regulatory and structuring considerations
- Robust reputed company stakeholder management and communications skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Experience relevant for, and motivation to participate in, a growing reputed company function in a busy and exciting business
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment. - Experience in digital infrastructure, AI infrastructure, hyperscalers or data centres
- Exposure to GPU financing or hardware financing structures

- Familiarity with convertible debt or broader capital markets products
- Previous experience in a high-reputed company technology business or recent top tier reputed company experience specialising in reputed company financings
